Start Here: Planning Your Restroom Trailer Rental
Most people have never rented a restroom trailer before, and that is completely normal. Here is everything worth thinking about before you reach out — it takes five minutes to read and makes the quote conversation much faster.

Let's talk about your needs
Four things to have ready
Have rough answers to these and we can usually quote you in a single reply.
Your event date
Plan ahead. Our schedule fills up quickly through wedding season, so we recommend reaching out as early as you can to confirm availability. If your date is close, ask anyway — cancellations happen and we will tell you honestly what is open.
Delivery and pickup timing
Some venues require same-day delivery and pickup; others allow setup the day before. Day-before setup is our preference because it takes all the timing pressure off your event morning. Check your venue's rules and we will build the schedule around them.
Location and access
We need the delivery address and a sense of the access route. Our units stand up to 11 feet tall, so low branches, gate arches, and power lines matter. Let us know about anything tight and we will plan the approach.
Site conditions
The ground should be relatively flat. Our trailers have self-leveling technology, but they cannot be placed on steep or badly uneven terrain. You will also want standard power and a water spigot within 100 feet — we carry cord and hose for both.

Good questions
What people ask before they book
As early as you can. Weekends in the Texas Hill Country book up fast, especially through wedding season, so most clients reserve two to six months out. If your date is close, reach out anyway — we will tell you honestly what is still open.
Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included, along with all toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap), heating and/or air conditioning, an electrical extension cord up to 100 feet, and a water hose up to 100 feet. The trailer arrives stocked, leveled, and ready for your first guest.
Our 2-stall trailer comfortably serves up to 150 guests and the 4-stall serves up to 250. A 7-stall luxury trailer for up to 350 guests is coming soon. Event length and whether alcohol is being served both affect the right size, so tell us about your event and we will recommend the unit that fits.
Reasonably flat ground the trailer can be leveled on — our units self-level, but they cannot sit on steep or badly uneven terrain. You will also need overhead clearance, since our trailers stand up to 11 feet tall, plus access to standard power and a water spigot within 100 feet. No power or water on site? Let us know and we will plan around it.
It depends on your venue. Some venues require same-day delivery and pickup; others let us set up the day before, which we prefer because it removes all timing stress from your event morning. Tell us your venue's rules and we will build the schedule around them.
We are based in Bulverde and serve San Antonio, Austin, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country — including Boerne, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, Comfort, Blanco, Kerrville, Marble Falls, and Johnson City. If your venue is outside that list, ask us anyway.
