These terms govern your use of trailerbashevents.com and the rental services provided by Trailer Bash Events. By using this site or booking a rental, you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a reservation. A date is only held once we confirm the booking in writing and any required deposit has been received. Pricing may change if the event details — date, location, duration, guest count, or site conditions — differ from what was quoted.

Site requirements and access

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is suitable and accessible. That includes:

• Reasonably level ground the unit can be stabilized on — our trailers self-level but cannot be placed on steep or badly uneven terrain
• Adequate overhead and side clearance along the access route; our units stand up to 11 feet tall
• Access to standard electrical power and a water source within 100 feet, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance
• Any permits, venue approvals, or property-owner permission required for placement

If the site is inaccessible or unsuitable on arrival and we cannot deliver, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.

Use of the equipment

The trailer remains our property throughout the rental. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose, not to move or relocate it, not to disconnect utilities, and to take reasonable steps to prevent misuse. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, for damage caused by your guests or crew, and for the cost of removing improper items disposed of in the unit.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposit conditions, are set out in your booking confirmation. Because we hold your date against other requests, deposits may be non-refundable within a defined window of the event. Contact us as early as possible if plans change and we will do what we reasonably can.

Weather and circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, utility outages, or emergency response obligations. Where this occurs we will work with you on rescheduling or an appropriate refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability arising from a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website content

The content on this site, including text, photography, and the Trailer Bash Events name and logo, is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Specifications, capacities, and availability are described in good faith and may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Comal County, Texas.
